Reiki is a Japanese art form of energy therapy intended to re-balance the chakras & meridian points while addressing the whole person or animal, on the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual levels.
Event Details
This class as a level I gives you the tools and connected source energy to work on self healing.
Course includes:
History and lineage of Reiki
Chakras and how to open them
Reiki I attunement
Hand positions
Interactive practice on yourself and others in the class
(1) personal coaching follow up session to be booked for a separate date
Please wear comfortable shoes and clothing as we will be standing and sitting during the sessions. Also bring something to take notes - our facility consciously observes Mother Gaia and a green way of living. We can provide pdf information upon request at the end of the class.
We are located in Cooper Young and are blessed to have free onsite parking at our location, as well as in the adjacent neighborhood.
