Join us at Somos Un for a fun and interactive 2 hour beginner workshop to learn about some of the current energy healing modalities available for personal and professional use.
Event Details
This workshop will include an overview on:
Chakras - Where they are located and how do they work.
Crystals - Learn about the various crystals used in healing. You are welcome to bring your own.
Intuitive Body Signals - Learn about the points in your body that will provide you with "yes/no" and "true/false" guidance.
Intuitive Awareness - Learn how to tap in to your intuitive abilities with others.
Reiki - Basic history and how to feel the energy in your hands. To become certified, you will need to sign up for the Reiki I class which is separate.
Wear comfortable clothing and shoes, as we will be standing & sitting throughout the session. Strongly suggested to bring a notebook as there will be no hand outs.
We are located in Cooper Young and are blessed to have free onsite parking at our location, as well as in the adjacent neighborhood.
