Strano! Sicilian Kitchen & Bar specializes in Italian food that is prepared with respect for the ingredients. Chef Josh, who recently won Yelp Chef of the Year, prepares old family European recipes with a modern interpretation. We wanted to create an Italian neighborhood restaurant that reminds you of the 'old country': our menu is based on simple Sicilian recipes where the taste and quality stands for what we believe in. Located in the The Cooper Young Neighborhood, you will get a full experience—not only with our food but also great cocktails created with care. And oh yeah, the music is great too. On Monday through Thursday the restaurant closes at 10pm but the main kitchen closes at 9 pm. Not to worry, we serve a bar menu and drinks in the bar from 9-10pm if you're in the mood for a lighter meal. On Friday and Saturday we close the main kitchen at 10pm and offer bar food and service till midnight.
