Parker's Water Ice is a family run business whose mission is to provide its customers with high quality products at reasonable prices. We specialize in kosher, fat free, cholesterol free and dairy free Italian ice. Unlike hard ice treats such as shaved ice or snow cones, our water ice is made up of water, fruit juice and fruit flavors blended together and frozen. It is this process that gives our water ice its smooth texture and more flavorful taste. Parker's Water Ice is mobile! We do parties, company appreciations, church picnics, family reunions, office parties, May Days, Sporting Events, fairs and carnivals. Our truck or carts can come to you, or you can purchase individual tubs to serve yourself. You can also find us at the Memphis Zoo and AutoZone Park, Home of the Memphis Redbirds!
