We'll be opening in July and we're hiring for some key positions: Chef, Sous Chefs, Assistant Managers, Barista Manager, Sales, Kitchen Crew, and an Assistant Coffee Roaster Once part of Memphis' Automobile Row, Edge Alley thrums with its rich history and vibrant future. The former chrome plating shop will soon house a curated group of micro-retailers as well as a restaurant, coffee roaster, and community space, directly connected to neighbor High Cotton Brewery. Edge Alley will give both customers and makers a place to share resources, ideas - and, of course, a great cup of coffee.
