Billy Montague, 59, of Somerville, TN, is a second-generation cotton/soybean farmer who lives on the same family homeland farmed by his late father. In 1999, Montague decided to take his love of rabbit hunting to another level. He started Billy's Rabbit Hunting Service or Beagle Chase as it is called today. His motto is simply, "Man, this is FUN!" Beagle Chase, which was the first and only one of it's type in the Memphis area according to the Tennessee Wildlife Resources Agency. He will take you and your group of friends (minimum of 3) on your private land for $100/day per hunter (8:30-3:30). He provides the beagle dogs (approx. 19 of them), which he affectionally calls, his boys & girls, provides a free orange cap for each hunter, a tail-gate lunch with plenty of drinks (sodas & water), NO ALCOHOL, please, he will dress all the game, if desired, and will guarantee 'A GOOD TIME'! His lovely wife will print & mail a 8x10 photo of you & your group. Participants will provide: gun, ammunition, and a valid Hunting License.
