Distinctive Homes was founded in 1989 by Butch and Cindy Medlin. Butch has a degree in mechanical engineering and holds a residential and commercial license. Distinctive Homes has built countless homes in Collierville, Germantown and Fayette County over the past 25 years and the past 10 years has moved into the Kitchen and Bath remodeling, additions and other home improvements such as windows and doors, roofing, tile, drywall, general carpentry, home maintainence and home inspection repairs.
