Chateau de Montclair was built in 2006 to compete in the Vesta Home Show - where it won Best of Show, Best Kitchen & Best Master Suite. It is the personal residence of Douglas Swink, owner of Renaissance Development Company and Renaissance Realty. Renaissance has developed the majority of the Prestigious Neighborhoods in Hickory Withe, including The Cloisters where this home is located.
