Bob's Barksdale is most famous for traditional Southern breakfasts of omelets, country ham, grits, and made-from-scratch biscuits. Weekend mornings are the most crowded times, but you can get an early start all week long. Less familiar to out-of-towners are the inexpensive meat and veggie lunch plates.
