Jim is dedicated to helping others live a healthier life. After losing over 55 pounds on his self-designed fitness program, he decided to come out of retirement, and become an AFAA certified personal trainer. At the age of 15, Jim was an amateur boxer. He is a healthy heart ambassador for YMCA pilot program, and he created an outdoor group exercise program for seniors at Shelby Farms called Trekkers in Motion. Jim teaches individual and group fitness classes so that he can share his fitness success with others. Jim is also a Juice Plus distributor.
