Event Details
HHMF is hosting our first annual Chili cookoff and craft fair on Sunday, December 4, 2022 from 3 - 5pm.
If you like to cook OR like to taste chili and enjoy a crafts fair and games for the kids, please join us for this fundraiser.
Chili cookoff participants and craft vendors are $20 for each entry. Each participant/vendor will have one table, two chairs and access to one outlet.
Set up is from 2:30 - 3pm, clean up is 5 pm with everyone out the door and the venue cleaned by 5:30pm.
Overall best chili – 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place: Chili will be judged according to 5 main categories, and awards will be given to the top 3 overall best chili.
Spiciest Chili: Looking for the spiciest chili but still maintaining flavor.
People’s choice: To be voted on by those coming to eat for the day.
Advanced tickets for the event are $10, children under 5 are free (children will not be allowed to sample chili).
Ticket holders will be entered into a raffle for one of our gorgeous hand built door prizes, and allowed to sample 5 chili's of their choice.
Bring Cash for concessions. We will be selling, chili, hot dogs, chili dogs, chips, cookies and drinks.
Judges for the chili cookoff are Corrie Martin, Lakeland Preparatory Principal, and Amber Lovell, Owner of Pink Flamingo catering in Arlington, TN, and a surprise judge to be announced in Mid November, 2022
